howto set the script for using STARLINK package

1. download the current version of STARLINK package
2. extract all files to somewhere on your computer

3. type these commands on your terminal
export STARLINK_DIR=/home/MyUserName/star-2014A
source $STARLINK_DIR/etc/profile
